Our Story
SCADDABUSH is Italian slang for a little of this and a little of that, which is what we’re all about. And our story is simple. Everything we can make fresh daily, we do – including our hand-stretched mozzarella, our pasta, our meatballs, our freshly made focaccia, and our desserts. And let’s not forget about our Sunday Sauce – the kind of sauce that Nonna would slow-cook all Sunday for the best possible flavour.
Our Sunday Sauce is the secret to our ½ lb. meatballs, made with fresh Certified Angus Beef® ground chuck, ricotta cheese and marinated with garlic, black pepper, and porcini mushrooms.

An Italian table is bare without wine. From celebrations to romantic evenings, wine is part of the Italian culture. In fact, the average Italian consumes 26 gallons of wine a year! With our “Generous Pour”, you can select wines by the litre or half litre for your table to enjoy. And to truly give you that authentic experience, we serve it in beautiful clay carafes. Naturally, we’re partial to wines from Italy, but we’re proud to offer top quality wines from around the globe. A lot of thought goes into selecting these exclusive gems. Try a fantastic Chianti from Tuscany with our Bolognese, or a crisp Chardonnay from California with one of our fish selections. And the bubbles from a
glass of Prosecco go perfectly with any of our shareables.
