Our restaurants open concept, industrial-style space was designed with warmth and comfort in mind. Our story is simple: we make everything we can from scratch, including our signature fresh Mozzarella, in order to provide you with the most authentic and satisfying experience from first greeting to final bite.

As part of the generous spirit that is SCADDABUSH, we have a strong desire to give back. We believe that food not only brings people together, but through our 3-Cheese Truffle Charity Bread, we have the opportunity to contribute on a more meaningful level. With our “Bread for Water” program we will be donating a portion of our 3-Cheese Truffle Charity Bread sales to Well of Hope to aid in bringing water to the families in Jalapa, Guatemala.
