SCADDABUSH is Italian slang for a bit of everything, which is what we’re all about. We’re guided by time-honoured traditions. In true Italian fashion, we rely on fresh ingredients. Our fresh pasta is made in-house daily, and we offer fresh mozzarella made to order each evening. Our meatballs are prepared fresh with Certified Angus Beef® blended with ricotta cheese, black pepper, porcini mushrooms and parsley, and are slowly braised in our Nonna-inspired Sunday Sauce.
Sensitive to gluten? No need to strike Italian food off the list. Our Executive Chef, Adrian Andaya has worked hard to ensure that we can offer our pastas, pizzas and sandwiches as gluten-free options.
